My Dad's Art

My dad, fixer of all things.  Master piddler.  I remember when he made all our kitchen cabinets.  They took my 8th grade graduation picture with me standing in front of them!  I need to find that photo.

He's also an artist.  A very cool artist.  With amazing talent.  His choice of medium is oils.  Although he's piddled around in acrylics and pastels.  I'm lucky enough to have a few of his paintings.
Here's most of what I have.
Love this adobe.  It's above my fireplace in the living room.
This one is in my dining room/craft room.
The only white walls in the house - in the bathroom!
I hope you all had a nice, relaxing weekend.  Have a great week ahead.
Don't forget to breathe!

Peace,
Kay

Kay, Your dad's talent is evident in these painting. I love them all, but I can see why the adobe painting is your favorite. It looks so warm and welcoming. My husband is an oil painter. He's painted some beautiful oils. I really should post some of them. When you find the photo of you, I hope you post it.
