WOYWW 175

Woo hoo.  It's Wednesday.  The day to do some blog hopping, starting at Julia's over at Stamping Ground.  If you don't know what I'm talking about, get ready.  You're in for some fun.  If you've arrived here from Julia's you know what this is all about.  If not, click on the red text above and you're in for the ride of your life.  Desks from around the world are revealed - along with some wonderful creative projects!

I've been on vacation - just got home last night around 7:30 p.m.   I honestly couldn't remember how I left my desk.  Here it is this morning, untouched.
I guess I didn't pick up my dining room table before leaving for my trip!  Oh, but you should see the rest of the house!  Let's see, the usual baby wipes, Mod Podge, some pens, Rit dye, a bagful of ribbon, beads, a Watercolor magazine I picked up at the Art Expo a few weeks ago, an old note I found in a book at the library.  The wooden organizer on the right is a purchase from the local thrift store.  It swivels!  I can't decide what I'm going to do with it.

Yesterday on the way home I saw the wild horses again.  This time there were two herds totaling over 50 horses!  Here's one photo (full post to come later).

I will visit those ending in the same number as me and those that visit me (please leave your number).  After that it's random.

Peace,
Kay

Your desk looks much like mine...love it that way best:)

So neat to see those wild horses. We don't have anything like that around here. Thanks for always sharing, Kay.

I'm #134 because I was unmotivated to motivate earlier. Love the wild horses! Do you get drunken frat boys trying to pretend they are cowboys molesting the horses (and getting their frat boys hineys kicked)? There seems to be a little bit of everything on your desk.

busy looking desk. You must have been having loads of fun before you look off. Hope the visit with your friend went well! Love the picture of the wild ponies. I was at Philmont Ranch about 10 years ago when a herd of about 50 came through the camp. You could hear them for a long time before they made it to the camp but it was amazing as they passed through. Have a great week. Vickie #41

A swivelling storage whatsit - how awesome is that?? You could keep a choice of chocolate bars and play Russian Roulette to see which one you get!! Well, at least, that's what I would do... :D
I will make sure that lots of pics get posted up for you to see, in fact there'll probably be crop overload between all our blogs. I'm going to get DH to take a group shot anyway - that'll be fun!!
Gorgeous pics of your trip btw :)

Welcome home Kay! I thought you were away longer, head in the clouds here as usual.

Ha, your table and my desk would get on like a house on fire - both pretty similar right now.

So pleased Poppy is with you - she'll come round and will soon be a friendly little soul I'm sure - you tell her that Auntie Di and Uncle Len didn't pick such a cute name for her to sulk :) Great piccies of the horses too.

Happy WOYWW my friend, your parcel is on the way!

Love and hugs, Di xx

Hey, I forgot to say - love the swivel thingy!! I'm about to try out decopatch so if you wanted to alter it that could be a thought, although it looks pretty good as it is to me. Hugs, Di xx

Welcome home, Kay! I've enjoyed your CO pictures. Was that the Durango / Silverton RR? If so, we've done that a few times over the years; even if not, such beautiful country! And how cool to see the wild horses in such great numbers!!

Thanks for visiting me earlier! Have a wonderful week getting settled back in and getting back to crafting! Darnell #28

Great pic of the wild horses. Your desk looks ready for action. I love the little wooden storage box - a splash of chalk paint and you will re-vamp it into something very useful I am sure. x Jo

What a good idea to have skyped in to the crop!! That would save on petrol!

Hi Kay, thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I am so excited about getting to the beach and the craft show. But, things to get done are really moving along. So many cards to get made and a special project for my friends to finish. But, I am loing every minute. Where did you go on vacation? Wow, I can't believe that you can just be driving along and see wild horses. love the photo.

Blimey I'm impressed you posted at all so soon after a return from hols. I always feel shattered for days afterwards. Great find in the thrift store and that's a fabulous picture of those horses. That must be a sight to be seen in real life. Wow.

That's a great desk to come home to Kay! Hope you had a wonderful trip, I do love that area of New Mexico, one day I'll go there again! I saw your new friend, how lovely!! And I found the sock, but now I can't find the camera charger and I might need it to participate in WOYWW on Tuesday!! It's always something!
