WOYWW and Blog Candy!!!

THANK YOU to all my new followers!!  I hope you enjoy your visits to my little piece of blogland.  I want to please so if there's something that you'd enjoy seeing more of please let me know.

Woo hoo!  Today is my favorite day of the week!  It's WOYWW hosted by Julia at Stamping Ground. If you don't know what it's all about you really need to check it out.  You'll be amazed.  Just click on the red text above and it'll take you to her blog - where it all begins.

Here's a photo of my desk - with some new things.  Fabric, some yarn, Tim Holtz tickets, 6 x 6 pack of paper and the stuff that was on there last week.
And now, for what you may really want to see.  The blog candy.  The majority of votes were for a canvas.  So - ask and ye shall receive.  This is a little canvas that I just love.  It's one of a kind.  Someone asked what I do with the Starbucks coffee wrap -- well, the bird on the canvas is cut out from one of those!  Anything that you need bits of cardboard -- those Starbucks coffee wraps are perfect!
My tweet canvas, Tim Holtz Distress Ink (Broken China),
the Paper Studio Christmas ribbon, Dream Big stamp,
Tim Holtz idea-ology Adage Tickets
These are the things I took a photo of.  I'll be adding some other items to the candy too.

Here's the rules for the candy.  Leave a comment on this post and be a follower.  If you want, put it on your sidebar and let me know (your name will be put in the hat an extra time for this).  You don't have to be a WOYWW participant to enter.

As always, I will visit those that end in the same number as me and those that leave a comment here.  It may take me a while but I'll do my best, promise.

Peace,
Kay

Beautiful giveaway Kay, love that canvas (even though I didn't vote for it, lol!). I'll pop up your picture on my side bar in a bit. I keep those coffee sleeves too and have used them before for crafting. What are you planning to use the wool for? Love the colour of it.

Your desk makes me so happy--I LOVE a desk full of fabric and yarn more than anything! I gasped when I saw the canvas--beeeautiful!!! That is what you call blog candy...dessert...and dinner! Well done, dearest. And by the way, the part 2 of Grimm is next week. We had Monday night's episode on the DVR, and my dear hubby was patiently waiting while I posted my WOYWW. Great episode by the way--I was scared at the end! Hugs!

Great stuff, Kay. I don't know what a Starbucks coffee wrap is, or what the equivalent would be in the UK, but I do like what you've done with it!!

Thanks for your visit - glad you like my second annotated photo - they are great fun to do. I'm gradually working on downsizing the rest of the house too but it's taking a very long time. As for my diaries, these were just appointment diaries with nothing of any significance written in them at all, apart from dentist's appointments, meals out etc. etc.! I did find the one that said "Wedding" on 24th May 1986, though - 26 years ago lol!! I don't think I need a diary to remind me of THAT date!

Happy WOYWW,

Hi Kay, thanks for stopping by my blog. I am running behind also, it is hard for me to get it all done on Wednesdays so I have to do a little each day. I love seeing what people are adding to their stash. Your canvas is just wonderful. I keep looking at them in the craft stores and then I put them back. Maybe next time I will actually get one. #22

Hi Kay, your desk has lots of interesting stuff on it but what really grabbed my attention was the ball of yarn, such a pretty colour and it looks soft too. Your canvas is lovely - shame I'm too late to be part of the draw but serves me right for being so late :)) I'm impressed that the wee birdie is made from a coffee cup. Waving from the West of Scotland and wishing you a lovely weekend. Elizabeth x #54
