I can't help myself. I keep pinning and pinning. I have a couple of projects going right now based on pins. Here's the one I want to show you this week. I really liked the confetti look on the glasses. I thought I could do that with whatever glass object I have. I was lucky enough to find a sweet little vase at the thrift store.

Here's my sweet little vase. I used the eraser end of a pencil and used acrylic paints. Since I did it on the outside I can put water in the vase. I haven't sealed the outside yet so will have to be careful.

awwww, that's so sweet that you put tulips in the vase ( which is quite cute btw ) in honor of Tulip, (((hugs))) How far away from Panama Beach are you? waving hi from sandy beaches of Florida ;0
Kay, your vase is delightful . . . it is so pretty! It just goes to show that you do not have to spend a lot of money to get a designer look.
Great job!
Thank you for the gracious comment you left on my blog. You are very right about blogging being about meeting people. I have met so many lovely people. People who are not only creative but also warm and caring.
I'm glad that you like my cowboy boots . . . you live in New Mexico, I'm sure you have a pair, too. How do you hike around the desert taking photos, without them?
Wednesday is going to be a very busy day for me. I will be out at our county fair most of the day, but I am excited to see what you have planned for your post. Have a very nice day, Your blogging sister, Connie :)
I love your vase idea and especially like the way you have honoured your feathered friend Tulip. They are such characters I do so understand the hole she has left in your life. Pintrest is addictive too and I am glad to see a project come out of it, not just hours in front of a screen...
Hi Kay, your vase is brilliant, I love the colours and the tulips are gorgeous too. Very nice tribute to your bird. Crafty hugs, Anne x
Oh my goodness! Your vase is so cute! I love that idea and you did it beautifully! Thanks for linking up. :)
ADORABLE!!!! I LOVE the way this turned out. Great job. I've seen another similar project on Pinterest that I wanted to try. Maybe I'll give it a go! Love the happy colors you've chosen! -- and the tulips!!! =D

A beautiful tribute to Tulip. This is such a great idea ---- must give it a go! Sigh, I think I've said that 5 times already in this hour alone.
