WOYWW 424!

Hello everyone!  I'm joining in with Julia at Stamping Ground for another WOYWW (What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday).  People from all over the world share their desks and what they are working on.  To visit others, join in or find out more detail about this go HERE.

Two more days and I'm retired!!  To celebrate I bought myself a present; a VW convertible.
I received some beautiful cards for my birthday.  Thank you Nikki, Darnel, Nan and Theresa!
I received a nice gift set from Nikki (we share the same birthday).  A very cool sketching tablet and colored pencils.
Big plans for the craft room.  I'm going to move my desk to where the blue dresser is and put the dresser over by the window.  I'm so ready to dig in and get dirty!!
As always, I will visit those that end in the same number as me and those that visit (please leave your number).

Peace,
Kay

I'm rather late calling in today but yesterday ( on my day off!) I had a customer request 3 School Memory bears making for Thursday (yes tomorrow!) so quilts had to be put to one side and I've been head down sewing all morning....have now got an evening dress to shorten and a gents jacket to shorten the sleeves on.....all being collected tomorrow!!
A very happy birthday and retirement....you will soon wonder how you ever found time to work. Enjoy every minute.
Hugs,

Hi Kay
It's a;ways good to see you joining in with WOYWW and this week you are celebrating your retirement - with a new car too! And a convertible at that!
I have a roller cart like yours, same colour too. Mine is in my bedroom, full of essentials that I use all the time.
Here's hoping that you have many happy years ahead, lots of crafting time and lots of time just spent enjoying your new home.
Hugs, Neet xx

Hi again Kay. By now you should be enjoying the thought that you will no longer have to go to work again Lol! The first couple of weeks will just feel like the usual summer break then it will start to really kick in and you may wonder what's happened and where the years have gone Lol! at which stage you will realise the world's your Oyster and you can do almost anything you like so enjoy! Happy retirement, Angela xXx
