WOYWW 285 -- Oh Christmas Tree

Hello everyone, I'm back!!!   Finally joining in the WOYWW madness.  Our lovely hostess is Julia at Stamping Ground.  People from around the world join in and show their desks and projects.

Not much action going on here.  I did well at the arts and crafts fair.  One of the things I had for sale are cute little ornaments I made using dyed clothes pins.  How cute is this Christmas tree!   I have some more bits to make a few more ornaments.
Here's a couple of close ups of the ornaments.
They all have glitter.  It really stands out in the photo below.
I honestly would have thought this little tree would be a bit, well, gaudy, but I love it!!  If there's an after Christmas sale and there's some available I'm going to buy a few.  Make them cutesy and sell them next year!  One woman actually tried to buy it!!

As always, I will visit those that visit me (please leave your number) and those that end in the same number as me.  Please be patient as it sometimes takes me through the weekend to get done!

PS.  I have some new followers - thank you for taking the time to join in the fun!

Peace,
Kay

Welcome back! Glad to see you decided to post this week!! Love the pink tree! I saw a purple one at Walmart the other day and I am really thinking I am going to have to buy it to put up in the craft room if no where else! I spend all my time in here so I don't see why not! I love the clothes pin ornaments too. I am glad to hear you did so well at the craft fair! I may try to get into the ones next year with some of my stuff. Thanks for the info on the spa clothes too! Have a great week. Vickie #17

What a fab idea for decorating a small tree - I have a tiny pink tree that I got last year from Hobbycraft and I found all the ornaments that I had were just too big and heavy for it so I put it away again. I have just been gifted a box of small wooden pegs and I know I have some little wooden snowflakes tucked away somewhere - you have sparked off an idea now LOL - good job there is still plenty of time before Christmas!! Glad the craft fair went well for you, have a good week.
Best wishes

Good luck with your Christmas tree buying (and selling next year). Small trees are always so handy. Won't be having one at all this year but hope to be sharing one.
Good to see you back on here.

Ah Kay, how fab to see you. I'm slurping from your mug as I type. We have started to have silent fights over who uses it now..such is the lovely shape and volume! Thank you again, and if he leaves me over the fact that I OWN the mug...I'm coming to live with you!! I love the dyed pegs, what a great idea. The treee is erm, pink. It would sit well (badly) next to the orange one that my daughter rescued from some closing down shop last year....it makes me shudder to look at it, I mean - orange!

Your tree did make me chuckle - we have a 6' black one! Full of Nightmare Before Christmas and Alice Cooper decorations in amongst the handmade by my girls ones. Quirky makes the best kind of tree!
