WOYWW 349

Hello everyone!  Another happy WednesdayI'm joining in with Julia over at Stamping Ground.  People from places near and far show their desks and what they are working on.  Julia has a full explanation of WOYWW on her blog HERE.

My "desk" continues to be my comfy chair while I knit.

I haven't gotten rid of any of my rubber stamps.  Maybe I'm more sentimental than I thought!  I have been moving things around so I can actually see what I have and perhaps that will make me use it!   I had to quickly move things into the closet so my living room wouldn't be cluttered for company.  Now things are back out and you can see the progress I've made in organizing.  I'm happy with how things are coming along.
After looking at these photos I'm going to move all my gluing stuff into a basket and put it somewhere else.  That will free up a shelf for other things.

I took some of my knitting to the local yarn store for consignment.  I'm excited about this!   Below is her display of the cowl I knitted in my new favorite stitch, the linen stitch.  I also took in the purple scarf.

As always, I will visit those that visit me (please leave your number) and those that end in the same number as me.  It may be the weekend before I'm able to get around.

Peace,
Kay

Your space looks like everything is to hand Kay. I'm fast coming to the conclusion that I'm a frustrated shop display girl as I'm constantly moving things around. I like the idea of the knitting shop.
Hope you are well

It looks like your space is coming together and everything is close at hand! It's always nice to cycle things out so you can have more space for other goodies. We are very cold here this morning....just trying to keep my toes warm at this point! Glenda #31

Beautiful! I really like the cowl - can use something warm like that around your neck in the winter. Congrats on the consignment booth. It takes courage to get started.
It's not always easy getting rid of stuff - maybe that's why I have a little too much lol.

Goof luck with the knitting sales, I wish you well.
So glad, in some ways, that you did not get rid of your stamps - sounds just like me but I intend only to prune mine. Still, each time I end up putting them back. What are we like Kay?
Hugs & Thanks for the visit. So nice to have you back on WOYWW.

Hi Kay, I love an organised craft area. I whittled down my stamps a lot. I prefer wood mounted stamps, but do have some clear ones.

Love the cowl.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Lovely to see your stash looking so nice and organised. I know what you mean about not being able to get rid of stuff! I'm a bit of a hoarder if the truth be told... Thank you for your lovely encouraging comment, and I'm glad you enjoyed what I am up to! I'm so busy at the moment and really behind with all my blog comments. I only just managed to get my hubby's Valentine card done in time. I worked on an art journal page at the same time as they employed the same materials and techniques - both on my blog now.

Happy belated WOYWW,

Moving things around can often start a renewed creative streak - I hope that is one side benefit for you. I usually put things like glue and adhesive out of side, so I can display other things. You don't have to see the "staples" in your stash to remember you have them. For me stamps need to be out where I can see them - my stamps are very underutilized.
