Old Vehicle Love

Hello all!  I'm still trying to adjust to some changes going on.  I've been putting my blog and crafts on the back burner.    I'm going to dedicate portions of my week to "get back in the groove."  Wish me luck!

Meanwhile, here are some more photos I took on July 4.  I absolutely love the old vehicles.  I may try making a few of these into canvases.  Which ones do you think would be cool?

Pancakes on the Plaza and Old Cars

Every July 4 the Rotary Club of Santa Fe sponsors Pancakes on the Plaza.  It's one of Santa Fe's favorite yearly events.  This is the second year in a row that I've gone. Monica and I got to the Plaza around 8:30 a.m.  The line for the pancakes was relatively short and it was still a bit on the cool side.  The day would turn out to be a scorcher.

Here's some of my favorite photos from the day.

I plan to do another post on the cars.  I really enjoyed taking the photos and tried to be a little "artistic."  The cars were so shiny I tried not to get a photo of me in the reflection!

Butterfly Art

Hi everyone.  I know it's been a while since I've posted anything.  I'm hoping that will change - and soon!

I also don't quite understand the "bloglovin" thing - and that I may lose followers if they don't switch over.  I'm afraid I will be using some of my computer time doing research.  Doesn't THAT sound boring!

Can you believe this butterfly?  Made out of butterflies!  It's absolutely amazing and wonderful to just stare at - looking at all the different types and colors.

Look at the amazing color of the blue butterfly.  It was so shiny.

This beautiful creation was under the glass, which explains the glare.  Do you see a favorite?
