I was getting ready to mail a package that included a birthday present. Like all things paper, I just love some of the paper napkins that are available.
This is the second time that I've used a paper napkin for wrapping. Underneath the gift is the package of napkins. I find them at Tuesday Morning, a discount store in Santa Fe. I think they are all over the United States but am not sure.

What about you? Do you have a special way of wrapping? I know some people attach a little charm to the bow -- I LOVE this idea.

Wow, Kay, this made beautiful wrapping paper. Would never have guessed it was napkins. (We have Tues Morning here too). There's a technique using napkins fused to cardstock that you can find on Youtube, if you don't know about it. ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea of using napkins to wrap a gift. We used to have a Tuesday Morning here in our small town but lost it several years ago when the economy took a down turn. I really miss that store!
ReplyDeleteSuper pretty!! I don't hesitate to use scrapbook paper to wrap little gifts, but I've never though to use napkins. Fab idea.

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of using the napkin as wrapping paper, Kay! Your suggestion is timely. I visited a friend in Colorado in September and she had beautiful large designer napkins as hand towels in one of her guest baths and I used one to make her a thank you card. It turned out so pretty. I'm not sure if you saw that card / post. Anyway, while there I visited a store that had a lot of them on sale so I bought a dozen packs ~ way more than I could use on cards, so I appreciate your idea as another way to use them!!
