WOYWW 153 - Doodling

Hello everyone!  Yep, once again, time to link up with Julia at Stamping Ground where it all begins.  This is a best day of the week for blog hopping.
I have started doodling.  I started carrying around a little notebook in my purse so I can doodle on the go. Here's what I've drawn so far.
My first doodle!
Hello birdie
Heart bunting for my UK friends
I use a micron pen when I doodle.  I love how it feels in my hand.  It's a bit intimidating using a pen but that's o.k.  Mistakes and all - I'm loving it!

As usual, I will visit everyone that ends in the same number as me.  I will also visit everyone that visits me - please leave your number!!

I plan to participate in the ATC swap for the third anniversary of WOYWW (congrats Julia!!).  If you'd like to swap please let me know in your comments.   I promise I'll make the ATCs but may not be able to meet a particular date.

Peace,
Kay

  23. Hi Kay, love your doodles, the only time I doodle is when I am on the phone and they are very abstract. Thanks for sending me a link to see your lovely little Tulip, she looks very sweet. Reggie my African grey loves to try and bathe in his water pot, but wont go near water when he is out of the cage lol. Is Tulip a baby or an older bird?
I'm sure Tulip will bring you hours of happiness.

  29. Excellent doodling - I try to keep a little notebook with me whenever I can so that being stuck in traffic or waiting for someone is pleasant instead of painful - I get lost drawing/doodling so don't mind the wait. Love that birdie! Thanks for the visit.

  34. Wow Kay I love your doodling! I notice you've got hearts on every page, is that your thing? Yes, working at the race track is an incredible amount of fun, you get to meet some great people, see some fantastic racing while having a ball the whole time. I was definitely dragging on Monday though, all I wanted to do was sleep!

  50. I'm even later than Amy....LOL. I'm amazed someone has brought out a book on the art of doodling, but then it shouldn't really surprise me considering we have a book over here called "50 Ways to Kill a Slug". I hasten to add that it's a humorous look at it...

    Love your artistic doodles!
